We use the Google Cloud platform to provide our services and store the information we collect. All confidential information is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. For more information about where we store your information, please visit the Google data centers page Google Data Centers. You can find additional information about the security and privacy of the Google Cloud Platform on their website.
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging technology to send your requests from the dashboard to the target device, and the Google Firebase Realtime database to transmit information from the target device to the dashboard. All account information stored in our database is stored on secure servers that can only be accessed by those with special access rights to such systems. They are also required to maintain the confidentiality of the information. For more information about privacy and security in Firebase, please visit here.
Despite applying security measures to protect your data, no security system is entirely impenetrable. Due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the Internet, stored in our systems, or otherwise under our care will be absolutely protected from intrusion by other individuals.
How long do we store information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In cases where we retain data for service improvement and development, we take steps to anonymize information that directly identifies you, and we use this information only for gaining a general understanding of the usage of our services, rather than analyzing any of your personal characteristics.
Retention of Your Content: We keep every record in the request history and every file that you have requested from the target device for 30 days after they are created. After this period has expired, the data will be automatically deleted. Deleted records and files cannot be restored.

We retain information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date of its creation.
When it comes to your information, you have specific choices. Below is a brief list of these options, how they are used, and the associated limitations.
Your Choice: You have the right to request a copy of your data, object to the use of your information (including for marketing purposes), request the deletion or restriction of your information, or request your information in a structured electronic format. Below, we describe the tools and processes for fulfilling these requests. You can utilize some of these options by accessing the services and using the settings available in the services or your account.
Your request and choice may be limited in certain cases: for example, if fulfilling your request would disclose information about another person or if you request the deletion of information that is permitted to be retained by law or whose deletion would violate legitimate interests.
Access and Update Information: Our services provide you with the ability to access and update information through our service. For example, you can access and update information about your profile in the settings of your account.
Deletion of Your Information: Our services allow you to delete certain information about you from the service. After deleting your account from our service, you will no longer be able to register with the same account.
Request to Cease Using Information: In certain cases, you may request us to cease accessing, storing, using, and otherwise processing your information if you believe that we do not have appropriate rights to do so. For example, if you believe that your account in the service was created without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you may request to delete your account as described in this policy. If you have provided us with consent to use your information for limited purposes, you may contact us to withdraw that consent, but it will not affect any processing that has already taken place. You may also opt out of the use of your information for marketing purposes by contacting us as indicated below. When you make such requests, we may require time to review and process your request. If there is a delay or dispute regarding whether we have the right to continue using your information, we will restrict any further use of your information until the request is fulfilled or the dispute is resolved.
Opting Out of Marketing Communications: You can choose to opt out of receiving promotional messages from us by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email, updating your email subscription settings in your profile settings, or contacting us as indicated below to remove your contact information from our marketing mailing list. You can disable certain notifications in your profile settings.
Opting Out of Personalized Advertising: You can opt out of receiving personalized advertisements from Google AdSense by following these instructions.
Disabling Cookie Controls: Browser-based cookie controls are described in the Cookie and Tracking Notice.
Send Do Not Track Request for Outbound Traffic: Some browsers have built-in "Do Not Track" (DNT) features that can send a signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not want your actions to be tracked. Since there is currently no universal understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our services do not currently respond to browser DNT signals. You can use a range of other tools we provide to manage the collection and use of data, including the ability to opt out of receiving marketing materials from us as described above.
